The straight forward negotiation, getting the best offer from the get go.
Contact and emails were good. Paying off credit cards not so great. I didn't know I was getting checks in the mail and having to mail them out. That could of been better but overall it was great.
West Capital was very professional and timely even under a short closing window around the holidays . They offered a very competitive rate to market and I would 100% recommend them to any of my friends or family.
