The guy does not know the details of loan, how credits and loan costs ratio is needed, he is all about just selling the loan and later telling what is the correct info, he will take you for a ride

2 sides to each story. You failed to mention you wanted to float on the rate and got upset because it was a little worse when you locked in. That was your choice to lock or float.
