The closing was delayed due to a document needed to get USDA to commit the loan. I did not learn about this until hours prior to closing. The document was dealt with and it was closed the next business day. I do acknowledge that USDA loans...

No issue throughout the process that couldn't be answered or addressed swiftly by those involved.
