Great communication
Great, Smooth experience. I feel honored to have gone through Cyd West.
Mrs. Cyd was helpful and kind throughout the buying process for the house, she helped by explaining things and being in contact with me whenever I needed to ask or get information from her.
Cyd maintained constant communication with us throughout the process. Any and all questions we had she answered honestly and promptly. She took the time to go over any documents and explained in detail what everything meant.
The communication was the key.
I had a great experience. I’m a first time buyer everything went smooth and was explained to me. Any questions or confusion I had was cleared up. Emails were answered super fast and professional.
This was a wonderful experience. They made it so easy.

She worked quickly early on to ensure we could get a mortgage. Only advice would be to limit the amount of info required during the week prior to closing due to the natural turmoil that goes on trying to prepare to move in.

She worked at the same local bank for over 25 years where she progressed through the departments before eventually becoming a loan officer. Cyd has been a consumer lender, commercial lender and mortgage lender. When offered the opportunity to work for First Community Mortgage in 2003, she was excited to concentrate all of her experience and expertise toward mortgage lending. Since the very beginning, Cyd has been one of the leaders in production at First Community Mortgage and currently serves as Senior Vice President.
