Good communication, fast response time, made everything easy.
Everything was completed in a timely manner, and the loan officers kept in constant contact with me and my wife during this process and informed us of any issues, or what we needed to complete.
Cyd and her team are awesome. This is second time I have refinanced with Cy and as always, it is a very smooth experience.
The Loan Officer and Senior Loan Processor stayed in communication throughout the process.
It was a relatively quick process and it was on-line. I believe we were able to complete our refinancing with out much difficulty and with all steps in the process adequately explained to us along the the way.

Cyd has worked in various capacities of the mortgage and banking industry for over 31 years. Cyd began her banking career in 1978, upon graduation from high school. She worked at the same local bank for over 25 years where she progressed through the departments before eventually becoming a loan officer. Cyd has been a consumer lender, commercial lender and mortgage lender. When offered the opportunity to work for First Community Mortgage in 2003, she was excited to concentrate all of her experience and expertise toward mortgage lending. Since the very beginning, Cyd has been one of the leaders in production at First Community Mortgage and currently serves as Senior Vice President.
