The whole process, from start to finish, needs improvement. Staff needs to be more transparent, honest, and responsive. The experience was a disappointment.
Jeremy is friendly and goes the extra mile. He made sure that I really understood everything though out the process. You feel like you have someone in your corner fighting for you. Great person!!
