I requested final numbers multiple times and never got them until the day before closing, I had to just send extra money to cover the costs. I also requested 15 year numbers and still got paperwork with30 year nimbers

I was anxious going with a local group vs a national company but it all worked out. We had a few hiccups and still closed on time.
