mike helped make this a very smooth process and we ended up closing within 2 weeks of our application going to underwriting! it was an excellent experience especially as a first time homebuyer!

Communication and willingness to work with me to get the job done. Easy to ask ask her a question and got an answer. You need to give her a raise or a bonus for the quality of work she does.
