Matthew made the process very easy for us, at no point did we feel confused or overwhelmed.

Timelines were not met, multiple times appraiser had to be called out for multiple issues linked to the lender directly. Made the buyer do repairs not mentioned up front. We closed absolutely WAY out of the timeline.

She made things very easy to understand. She was also highly available if I ever had any questions about the process. For a first time homeowner, she made the process simple to understand and made me feel very comfortable.
