Timelines were not met, multiple times appraiser had to be called out for multiple issues linked to the lender directly. Made the buyer do repairs not mentioned up front. We closed absolutely WAY out of the timeline.

Communication and response time was prompt and excellent. He was easy to talk to and I could get ahold of him no matter when it was. He also explaied explained things to me when I was confused.
