Serive to our mutual client was excellent which is what matters the most. Hpwever, I would have appreciated being kept in the loop on the progress of the loan approval and other mid journey benchmarks that were communicated with our client....

Katie went above and beyond for us! She worked with our timeline, explained every step of the process clearly and kept us updated during it all! She answered all our questions and then some. We couldn't recommend her enough!
