She had to do a rescue from a lender who couldn't do a duplex and she got us closed quickly!

We should have been informed at least 24 hours BEFORE closing that we needed something signed from the buyers acknowledging they accepted the repairs completed by seller. Instead funding was held up to procure this document!

Not enough communication through the process
