Very easy to contact, and very thorough with the work he provided. Explained everything very well to me as a first time home buyer.

Noncommunicative forgot to send the paperwork to the state to get approved - never once apologized for it- I felt bad for all parties involved

always kept us informed on the loan process

Aaron and Dawn consistently keep me informed about the progress of client files and work collaboratively to address and overcome any challenges that arise. They are both highly professional, responsive, and efficient in their approach.
