Communication and getting clear to close early

Noncommunicative forgot to send the paperwork to the state to get approved - never once apologized for it- I felt bad for all parties involved

Great communication and response to questions. Process moved along smoothly

Everyone I've ever known brought me up to be complacent with what I had, and taught me to pinch every penny and how scary buying a house is because you'll be in debt forever. The internet doesn't help. So either yall made it remarkably easy...

Process isn’t as bad as everyone thinks it is, buying a home made easy. Also everyone is super nice and easy to work with
