Communcation was excellent and the team was always available to answer any questions we had and explain things whenever we needed clarification.
Having had mortgages in the past, I wasn't surprised at the last minute requests by Silverton. As frustrating as this is, Nicci Bringard was very kind, patient, and understanding. She worked hard to make this happen, hats off to her!
