It was great. They were very kind and explained all the procedures and answered all of my questions.
My clients felt very talked down to by Bronson & I felt as if he treated the transaction like a hassle rather than serving clients.
Mark was always helpful even though he's juggling a lot of people throwing questions at him all day, Im sure. When I couldn't take calls, mark would leave detailed voice messages with enough information that i wouldn't even need to follow up....
