Clear communication
the paperwork seemed to never be complete. I felt like I was shuffled along and ignored. I doubt if Lori is still aware that after I returned from my trip that there was still more paperwork to work...no explanation, just SIGN!
Previous (first 2] experiences were phenomenal. Last experience wasn't the greatest and this time service dropped as well. Communication was lacking and turnaround times were not what we were expecting. Don't get me wrong, Kathy is phenomenal....
