This is the 3rd home loan in which Lori has put together. She is always communicating with me to let me know what is going on and what is the next step in the process. Very easy procedure to purchase a house.
Lance is very responsive to any questions and concerns and does so in a prompt manner. He was great to work wiith as these are two characteristics I like when working with any individiual or company.
