Our loan officer was great. The process was the most difficult out of 4 houses I've purchased. The information we had to come forward with seemed excessive, considering our credit, and sizable down payment.
Ryan was willing and able to answer my questions during a somewhat lengthy phone call AFTER normal working hours so that we were able to make an offer on the house we were interested in.
