Sebrena was very knowledgeable, but more importantly, she always did what she said she was going to do.

Just glad it’s over. Organization on lenders part was lacking at times and having to send duplicate items over was a bit of a choir. Although there were special circumstances surrounding our approval, the process drew out for 5 months. That...

Responsiveness

Scott hands down made this a great experience. He literally guided me through every step of the process. This was extra important to me since it was my first home purchase.

It just took a long time, I know some of the delays were on our end however the process was much more elaborate than other times we refinanced. Everything else was great!
