Tony was always proactive and available during the process. He helped make a stressful undertaking less stressful and was upfront and transparent with all fees, etc. Great service!

The lack of detail, readiness, attention to detail by the loan processor. The lack of knowledge by the processor. Waiting till the last minute, not accurate closing docs.
