Harder process than what I've dealt with in the past as far as providing information on every minor . However, Jessica and Jordan both were always there to answer questions and done everything in their abilities to get the job done.

We completely changed our financing plans in the middle of our purchase process (from a reverse 1031 exchange to a straight 30-year-fixed loan) and that big change didn't phase Erin at all. She was able to totally change our financing approach...
