Ross gave provided all needed info. He made it easy to understand, answered all questions. I asked for a follow up call for my decision, so I could talk with my husband. Hee was very flexible and not pushy at all.

Everyone was so nice. Things were done in a timely manner. If we didnt understand something it was explained to us until we understood . There was a communication line at all times. We were updated on the progress through out the process.
