Andrew was great!

I had a tough time working with Franklin. I often felt unsure about where things stood, and I didn’t get the level of communication or support I was hoping for. It ended up being a frustrating experience for me, unfortunately.

Franklin did help me get through the process, but it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. Some steps felt slower or a little confusing. He was friendly and willing to help, though, so the overall experience ended up being okay.
