Everything went smoothly

Explaination of the numbers.

The team worked very diligently to meet our short closing timeframe. They were very communicative and helpful. I really appreciated their quick turnaround and helpful explanations throughout the process.

The loan wasn’t approved until less than 24 hours before closing, which made it extremely difficult to wire the necessary funds and required us to find an alternative solution. This caused significant stress and complications for both my partner...

John was great to work with and was good at explaining things. He was always available if I had questions.
