Shelly was totally amazing , we just were not happy with the previous processor Jason I feel he had the loan delayed with no communication whatsoever but Shelly was amazing and the new loan proce was the ones who got this all done ..

Did not seem very experienced with the process. Made two very simple and obvious errors that I had to point out to be corrected. Was nice and friendly, just not someone I would trust with details. Attention to detail needs improvement.

Erivh was clear and communicative throughout the process which made it easy and enjoyable to work with him .
