I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Elizabeth the loan officer on this transaction. Throughout the process, I found her communication to be unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Instead of feeling like my questions...

I wanted to close the sale and purchase in the same day. It took 11 days after the sale of James property in Illinois before his purchase in Indiana. Then 2 hrs before the closing, you made a request that his son wire 2500 to the title company....
