I liked being able to see everything online and the reminders. While at times the reminders could be a bit annoying, it was worth it for the smooth closing!
I liked the on line document control but I often submitted question that were either deleted or not addressed. Instead of addressing my questions I just keeped getting notified that thoes items were not complete.
