Alex was very responsive and helpful in fixing any issues I ran into. And was also dedicated to getting me the best rate.
There was just a lot of stress involved with getting everything together before the closing date and some of those things could've been communicated sooner and more clearly, but overall we are satisfied with the mortgage.
