I found Brian to be rude. Would not answer questions or concerns over email, even after being asked numerous times. At times I just wanted further explanation to try and understand things. I felt rushed with things.

Hello Tricia I am sorry you felt that way. Sometimes it's hard to explain all the moving parts in a mortgage and its better with phone calls. Is there anything we can do at this point to make things better?
Jennifer and her team were very clear and helpful during the mortgage process. If I had any questions they were quick to respond and answer my questions. Being able to sign the majority of the documents online made the whole process painless....
