The decision took a long time on our part, so Wendy had to be patient and was, but once we committed it went smoothly.
Please don’t give an out of town employee to a customer. We would have given a ten if everyone was on the same page. It became very stressful and confusing.
Excellent communication regarding the loan process from application to closing. Such a pleasant person to work with which made the whole process so much easier. Very efficient in getting the loan closed in a timely manner.
