Everyting was explained clearly and follow up was excellent. The paperwork process was a painless as possible. Great experience from beginning to end.
What made it great was Mark himself he is a kind and patient person and explained everything so well which made us feel very comfortable. The Omaha staff we talked with on the phone were kind, and courteous and could not help enough.
