    ALL QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED WITHIN ONE OR TWO DAYS! PROCESS TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED, BUT WAS HANDLED WITH WITH AS MUCH SPEED AS MR. TOURTILLOTT COULD PROVIDE. THANKS
