9 day underwriting turn time for initial approval is unacceptable, and then no grace on needing an extension, due to the 9 day initial turn time.

Greg is awesome. Systems are great. Updates are fantastic....but Speed sucks. Literally would have sent 4 other loans to Kind in the last 10 days if the turn times were faster.

Totally understand but we have hired and got our turn times in underwriting back to 48 hours and improving every day. Let me know if there is anything I can help with!
The initial underwriting process took 7 days. Other than that the process was EXCELLENT!
