I liked the user intereface on the portal and liked the responsiveness of the reps

I love Nichole and her team! I would like to further build my relationship with them so I sent a couple more loans to her this month and will be sending as many as possible!
All in all a good experience. Some compliance and disclosure issues could be resolved to make the overall speed of delivery for initial disclosures improved.

Everyone is so easy to work with and so kind. IT did get really busy for us and i know for KINDas well, which we did have to wait in UW for a longer than normal time and when we would send it back for conditions etc. I get it everyone is short...
