Frank was extremely helpful. The communication kept the loan moving even when it started getting a little bumpy. I did not like the last minute conditions but the underwriter tried to help as much a as she could.

One file the dates were wrong and my clients had to pay for a notary again and resign all the docs. Luckily it all worked out logistically:) and it was fixed immediately:) all in all very good!
