There were several issues with gettign items cleared in underwritting and then once CTC was issued there was a lot of waisted time to get items needed to draw and release docs.

When balancing the CD, the HOI number was incorrect and It was released to the borrower. My borrower had to bring a check back after closing.
Austin always has accurate answers for me when I am looking to place a loan. He has great product knowledge and is very responsive. I also love your website.
