It's a team effort and everyone helps everyone. The response time is very good as well as the accessability to support so when we have questions we can connect directly to those who can help us.
Michelle and the entire Kind Lending team were fantastic. The underwriter even picked up the phone to discuss solutions to an early problem in initial underwriting, and we were able to address it with our borrower and resolve it quickly!
