I was not as happy with the underwriting experience on this last loan but I send every loan I can to Kind and am going to assume this was an isolated experience. :)

AE, account manager, and portal were all fantastic. Only problem I had was I had to email the closer 3 times over three days to get a response on balancing docs with title. Overall great experience
