The entire team was very responsive. The loan was processed through the milestones quickly. The communication was excellent throughout the process.
Everyone was very proactive on this file. Other lenders would have made this much harder than Kind did. Excellent, reasonable underwrite from Nirma as always and Amber kicked b*** on some items that we needed as well! Thank you!
Loved the urgency on this file, saved the deal!
