Way too many back and forths, just underwrite, sign off the conditions without us having to upload them time and again, then just sign off on the conditions and provide clear to close immediately after.
when were at the closing stage please review conditions needed for funding prior to the day of. I provided documentation the day before for funding and it wasn't reviewed until right before funding the next day which was a scramble for the...

Bridgette was available throughout the transaction to answer questions and help push the loan through to closing. The underwriter was accessible and the whole team was easy to work with and very responsive.
