Communication with underwriter and clarity if conditions

Support team is always on task to assist throughout the complete transaction. Underwriters are available to work through all issues.
Transactions can be bumpy along the way, but JMAC is there!
Knowledgeable team and a pleasure to work with.
Previous experience was not so good but it was also during COVID. This transaction went smooth and closed on time with no problems.
Underwriting constantly asking for random items during the whole loan process. I felt that we had to fight through the whole loan process to get it done.
