    Berny was ready and willing to help all the way thru. It was a little bumpy because of some special curcumstances but ultimately he worked with the buyers and me to get the deal closed!

    It took a really long time, and the underwriters kept asking for documents I'd already submitted. But Nick was great- friendly, communicative, responsive, etc.
