It Closed. Had problems with finding out things from the underwriters late near the closing date that should not have happened and we closed a day late.
things they asked for at the end was very upsetting to the buyer.

My client lost her job two days before closing. Dee was able to add Mom to the loan. She kept the seller's agent in the loop during the entire trancsactiona. We closed on the home!!!
