Kyle was very good at explaining anything I had questions on and prompt to answer me. I was nervous as a first time home buyer and he made the process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend using Kyle and Home State Bank.

Woudl have preferred better communication at the end of the process regarding the wiring of funds (since I had to get it myself as he wasn't able and gave me a disconnected number), so I didn't have to endure a panic attack and delayed closing...
