Great communication thru out the entire process. Lots of moving pieces on this one and we were able to pull them all together.
Andre, Dave and Mitchell’s communication thru the loan process was exceptional.
I really don't like being limited to using Oaktree's AMC. The cost for the appraisal was high and some of the requirements weren't accurate. Then having the borrower pay $200 to transfer an appraisal from an outside AMC is not good business....
