Smooth process!
Communication between Owen and Normandee was excellent. They had a real sense of urgency and handled any issues that arose.
Definitely had problems on this loan, but it made it to the end and the clients were happy. So...that's all that matters in the end.
Income Desk made an incorrect calculation which took us down a rabbit hole of issues. First AE gave incorrect directions which we followed that caused issues later. First AE lacked communication and then was passed on to a second AE who was...
