Communication was a problem on the loan. Multiple emails would go unanswered. We also received multiple emails for documents we had already sent.,
Very responsive and helpful AE, team very knowledgeable, went the extra mile to close a loan before the end of the year!
Helpful Acct Exec always got back to me and Account Manager always on top of my file as well.
Owen Wakeman is fantastic! From scenarios to locking helping and working through conditions he is always available and kind. I will send him all of my QM deals.
