Communication was horrible, last minute conditions when we had been asking for weeks what the status it and what if anything was needed.
Better understanding and communication from Account Executive (he is no longer with OakTree, he was extremely difficult to work with). More communication and ease of accessing pricing on our own.
Joe Raffa was extremely helpful and addressed all my questions immediately
faster response and faster review of the loan.
I’m most satisfied that Oaktree will come together to service their brokers where they see fit to accommodate our clients.
I would like to know the status fester. But it was Christmas Holiday time.
