Was disappointed regarding the advice towards locking in interest rates. Ended up with 7.3 when we were originally quoted 6.8. That’s a significant difference that has a substantial impact on our family.

Hi Sean, I should have explained the volatility of the market more and how rates could change quickly in just a short time. The written loan fee worksheet quote was 7.00% given on 03-27-24. I'm sorry the final rate was not initial rate discussed....
